Our telephone policy
I want our customers to know our policy on incoming telephone calls. We answer every call we can without dropping a customer in our presence. Priority one are the people that take the time and effort to drive to our store.
We have phones at the cashier area and in both offices. Three phones and two lines. The cashier will answer the phone if a customer is not ready to check out. Employees in the office will always answer the phone unless we are on a phone call with a customer. There will be times, especially on weekends in Spring, when we cannot answer the phones for hours because we are swamped with people needing assistance. Messages can be left on voice mails and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manor.
